they sound like a legit punk band from a bygone era, like heyday CBGBs noise, with that old school impassioned yet soulful delivery... amazing doc, props to Vice and shout out Tom... what a legacy

7:23 - "It's actually very easy to sing" was a striking moment of comedy in the midst of a very heavy moment. Sure, it can be interpreted in a sweet metaphorical sense, that the joy of making music together was more powerful than the sadness of their loss. But taking it as literally saying "the song is very simple" is also a fantastic joking response.

We don't really know if he took it difficult. He could have very well have been communicating that it wasn't difficult for him to do in that time. I did have a nice chuckle as well though.

Guys, I'm not feeling for y'all only because you have certain chromosome aberrations, but mainly how pure human beings you are. I saw real and authentic emotion, care and overall very positive attitude towards life. I hope that you can somehow read this comment, because you are all beautiful and very kind human beings ❤

Very powerful, emotional documentary. Just shows everyone can have stuff going on in life and probably haven't a clue how many people will miss them after. Heartbreaking. Hope the band keep on going, they clearly love every second on stage

All men have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God, the wages for our sin is death. The Good news is that God so loved the world, that he sent his ONLY begotten son Jesus Christ to die on the cross for our sins. Whoever believes in their heart that Jesus died on the cross, rose again on the 3rd and confesses with their mouth that Jesus Christ is Lord, will be saved. God created us to have a relationship with him, only through Jesus can we be reunited with him.

The thing is people look at the developmentaly disabled as totally devoid of development and that couldn't be further from the truth they see thing through a different filter yes but they have a thing they can do better than most and can even surpass those of a specialty. I enjoy being around them and finding that niche and the voice of connection between one another and these friendships have deeper meaning to me and my friends as the loyalty shown is so much truer than that you receive with others.

I grew up in GB in the 70s and have tonnes of brilliant friends who are musicians. This old punk sez, and me friends would agree, that these guys not only have chops, but the ineffable spirit. My hat off to you, and keep going and sharing this, so that we can rock with you and celebrate Tom Salway. Some of us shine so bright, our inner darkness is completely hidden. He is free from his pain, so please continue to fly on the wings of all that he gave you.

I am disabled myself this video causes me to want play my Yamaha keyboard 🎹 it’s really just like an electric piano, looking for an electronic drum device to the dis out of dis ability, i feel I am good at drums yet inhibited, gifted though so a little toy drum toy under 100 dollars on par with the mimic game Simon show others that I am truly gifted, tremendous speed and accuracy plus a lot knowledge about music, I play my keyboard really complicated & fast we’re it cannot be duplicated by others, musicians are artists and I sure love art to tell you the truth 🎶🎹 Oh listen to the music, what the people need is a way to make ‘em smile, music for masses music for the human race let me go rock n roll 🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶

That my friend is a true statement. I believe music can't be right or wrong. Music is raw creation regardless of how it sounds. Music is profoundly poweful, it's the one thing every human on earth has in common, it's the commonality in the human species that doesn't discriminate. I believe music is capable of motivating someone even beyond the boundaries of hope, fear, love compassion and everything in between. Music personified moves within people similar to the way all of us are breathing the same air mother earth provides.. Personally the sound that resonates within us when we listen to the music we all love, resonates a life of it's own I can't find the words to elaborate but literally, if your reading this "you know what I mean". That statement is universal in its equality. The bible says something to the effect of ...with faith the size of a mustard grain you could move mountains. I believe this has been misinterpreted for centuries. Being that if man has the convictions needed to drive himself to see things through till the end, he will see the mountains he wants moved move, or die making it move. Faith an interesting concept. But for comedic relief. I'm not sure exactly the power of faith in its entirety. However I do know music can be that common faith. I mean have you ever seen a bunch of Mexicans work while listening to mariachi music? My god.there better be more than one mountain to move they'll have that done before lunch is over.... I can say that cause I'm not racist I'm taupe...maybe beige..idk All I know is its year round so ya know ....

The reason why I've worked with people like these guys for the past 20 years, is cos of how honest, passionate and admirable they are. They can't hide the way they feel; so everything you experience when being with them, is the absolute truth. And yeah, it can be difficult at times, but that's what makes it all the better for being able to be a part their lives. Good on you Tom and the rest of the guys that enable these stunning humans to live out their dream.
